STORY

You are an old king managing your world and city. But one day you are pulled through a rift and transported into another dimension. All you see around you is plains of grass, trees, random people too! You've lost everything and you feel a sense of impending doom coming your way. You take control of leadership of the people and build your own castle, only to discover a new rift where you built your castle. A flipside of this new world, with more threats coming to endanger you. Build your cities and armies to fight off obstacles between you and utter glory! And if that was not difficult enough for you, manage two kingdoms across two rifts at the same time! You can't only defend one world, monsters can use rifts too! How long can you survive?

ABOUT

Kingdom Rifts is heavily inspired by classic tower defenses, but with a little spin with rifts and dimensions. It reinvents the tower defense genre and combines it with city building aspects along with heavy micromanagement (which is not always a highlight in tower defense games). Build your city to survive the endless onslaught of threats coming your way before you are overwhelmed. Oh yeah and, it's made with hand-drawn digital art, none of that AI art stuff.

INSTRUCTIONS

1, 2, 3, 4 - Switch between different views of your city: city view of city one and two, map view of city one and two.

Build - Click a dirt plot and then a building on the bottom right to build a building.

- Farms increase income, but take manpower.

- Housing increases manpower.

- Army Barracks are used to train armies to fight.

- There are three types of barracks: swords, bows, and shields.

- Use the required barracks to defeat incoming threats in your map view!

Defend - Use the map view of your city to send armies towards your enemies, make sure you send them off with the right training experiences!
